Does Minder replace Apple Calendar?
No. Minder can read selected calendars and organize their events, but imported events stay read-only. Activities created in Minder remain editable in Minder.
Can I use Minder without connecting a calendar?
Yes. You can create activities and tasks directly in Minder.
What is the difference between an activity and a task?
An activity is a plan: give it a date and time, mark it all day, or leave it unscheduled. A task is something to finish. Tasks have no date or time and appear in Later on Today. Leaving an activity unscheduled does not turn it into a task.
How do I add text or a travel confirmation?
Open the Add menu and choose Add from text to paste text or choose a text file. For travel, start a new activity, open its optional details, and choose Paste a travel confirmation. Check the details before saving.
Why does Minder ask me to review?
Review keeps the exact title, time, place, people, and notes visible before a new activity or detail is saved.
Can Minder read my messages or inbox?
Not passively. You choose the specific text, link, image, or readable document to send through the Share sheet.
