Signal x Studio LLC provides Minder. This policy describes the current v1 app and the information handled when you ask for support. Send privacy questions or deletion requests to [email protected].

Extracted or proposed information stays editable until you save it.

Bounded

Imported Calendar facts stay read-only. Minder-only changes stay in Minder.

Calendar access

Minder reads only calendars you select. Imported events remain owned by Calendar. Minder does not silently create, edit, or delete Calendar events.

Activities created in Minder

Titles, times, locations, people, notes, packing, reminders, tasks, routines, and appearance choices are stored locally for use inside Minder. Minder does not operate an account or sync server.

Share-sheet intake

Minder processes only the item you explicitly share. Built-in text, link, image, and readable-document extraction runs locally. Shared URLs are not fetched in the background.

Photos and readable documents

Minder reads a bounded item you select to prepare an editable draft. The original item is not kept by Minder after intake. Unsupported, protected, oversized, or unreadable content fails without creating an activity.

Location, Maps, and notifications

Minder asks for location or notification permission only when you use the related feature. Apple system services may receive a requested origin and destination to provide search, travel estimates, or directions. A leave alert is a local notification you request and can replace or remove.

Storage, deletion, and backups

Minder-owned data stays in the app’s local storage and the system app group used by its Share extension and widget. Settings provides controls for Minder-owned data. Removing data in Minder or uninstalling the app does not remove copies that may remain in a device backup controlled by you and Apple.

Support messages

If you email support, Signal x Studio LLC receives the address, message, and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond and troubleshoot. We keep support records only while they are reasonably needed for those purposes or legal obligations. You may ask us to delete a support conversation.

What Minder does not do

Minder does not passively read your inbox or messages, run cloud OCR, include hosted AI, create a Minder account, sell personal data, show ads, track you across apps or websites, or send product analytics to Signal x Studio LLC.
